Race Entry Form
What is CIDA? The Central Illinois Dietetic Association is an advocate of the dietetics profession serving the community through the promotion of optimal nutrition, health and well-being. Members include Registered Dietitians, Registered Dietetic Technicians, and dietetic students in Central Illinois. Members of CIDA strive to shape the food choices and impact the nutritional status of the community.
Race Day Registration: 7:30 a.m.- 8:15 a.m. Cost is $10.00 for kids under age 12. Adults are $15.00. Add a $3.00 late fee after March 11.
Entry fee includes race packet, 100% cotton long sleeve T-shirt*, delicious hot lunch after the race and the chance to win one of several door prizes. *Late Registration: No guarantee for T-shirt.
This race is part of the Illinois Valley Striders Grand Prix Series.
This event will take place regardless of weather. No refund of entry fees.
Awards: All 5K fun walk participants will be eligible for door prizes. Trophies will be awarded to the overall men's and women's winners. The top 3 winners in each age division for males and females of the 5K run will be awarded medals.
5K Run Divisions: 19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
Race Course: The starting line is on Constitution in front of Crooked Waters Brewery & Pub. Run north to Eaton. Follow Eaton to Adams. Turn right onto Adams. Continue north to Caroline St. Turn right onto Caroline and then turn right onto the trail. Run south on the trail to finish line in front of Crooked Waters Brewery & Pub.
Post-Race Party: Join CIDA for the post-race party with great food and awards presentation at the Crooked Waters Brewery & Pub immediately following the race!
Thank you for Your Help! Proceeds from the race will be donated to the Peoria area Anti-hunger coalition, Heartland Community Clinic in Peoria, and the Community Cancer Center in Normal.
