The Normal Parks and Recs building has a public parking lot that can hold about 30 cars. It is located just North of the 'Triangle' of the Constitution Trail.

It is just south of the E. Vernon Ave and Linden St. corner. The building is located on the west side of Linden St.

There is a water stop here, a port-a-pottie, and you can run in any of 3 directions from this starting point.
