6th Annual Village of Woodhull Family Fun Fest 5k and Family Fun Run @ AlWood High School

The 3.1 Mile run begins at AlWood High School; 301 E 5th Avenue, Woodhull at 8:00 a.m.

Early registration fee is $20.00 if received by July 13 and includes a performance t-shirt.  After July 13 registration fee increases to $25.00 through the morning of the race; shirt sizes on race day are not guaranteed. Race day registration and packet pick-up, at the Park Pavilion south of the High School, will begin at 6:45 a.m. and conclude at 7:45 a.m. sharp.

The 5K course is flat and fast winding thru the streets of Woodhull and the rural countryside north of town.

Awards go to the top three finishers in each male and female age division.
The top male and female Woodhull finishers and top male and female Ridgewood Cross Country Alumni will also earn trophies.
Walkers are welcomed and are eligible for age group awards.
Trophies will be awarded in the following age groups: 9 & under, 10-14,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65 and over category.

Results, fruit, drinks, and snacks will be available after the race.

Free Family Fun Run (1/4-mile loop) for the little ones w/ free t-shirt and ribbon for the kids. Fun Run set to start at approximately 9:30 a.m. after 5K trophy presentations are completed.

The race kicks off a day of free events for kids in the park celebrating summer fun (this year including a sanctioned StrongMan Competition) including a pork chop lunch and ice cream social, topped off by supper on Main Street and a free admission street dance featuring Staggard the Band (8:00 p.m. to midnight) to round out the evening.

Race begins and ends at Veterans Park, 209 Front Street in Downtown Hudson.

5k consisting of a mostly flat course with a few slight hills.
5k starts at 8:00 a.m.
Water stop along course.
Kids ½ Mile Fun Run for ages 10 and under at 9:00 a.m.
Post-race hydration and snacks for all registrants.

5k overall male and female will receive trophies.
Male and female age group awards for top 3 finishers (14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+).
All Kids Fun Run participants will receive a ribbon.

5k participants registered by June 27th will receive a race t-shirt. Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations received after June 27th.
5k fee: $25 per person.
Kids ½ Mile Fun Run (ages 10 and under): Free (waiver signed by parent/guardian required). Fun run registration does not include a shirt.

What better way to kick off your Labor Day weekend than getting out for some family-friendly competition (for those who want to be competitive) in downtown Rockford.

RAMP and OrthoIllinois are partnering to offer the 5th Annual 3K Walk/Wheel, 5K Run, 1/2 Marathon Run, and a Kids Zone! The four events take place in the morning of Saturday, August 31st. All proceeds from these events will go directly to RAMP. Register online by August 15th to be guaranteed an event t-shirt!

Ready, Set, Go & Grow! The IAA Foundation proudly presents its annual 5K Grow & Go to celebrate Illinois farm families and the important role they play in putting food on your table. Learn more about our roots in agriculture while supporting a great cause. Proceeds from this race benefit Illinois Ag in the Classroom (IAITC), a program that provides free resources to teachers in an effort to help students make the connection between food, fiber, fuel, & farming.

Accurately measured course has a cross-country feel with well-maintained grass, pavement, and a few rolling hills. Finishing times & results provided by the Lake Run Club of Bloomington/Normal. Pre-registered runners receive a t-shirt and a healthy, hot breakfast after the race.

Unique to the event is a 1/4 mile “Kids Race” for children 10 & under. All children receive an award, a healthy, hot breakfast, and opportunity to take part in hands-on learning activities.

Post-race, join us for an indoor open house featuring interactive learning stations from IAITC program, hot breakfast, and awards ceremony.

The TBK Quad Cities Marathon, a USATF certified course, captures the essence of our nation’s heartland with its consistent connection to the Mississippi River, amazing views, and Midwest charm. 

Rated a fairly flat and fast course, it is a great Boston qualifier! 

The race features one of the finest, most scenic river views in the country. It covers 5 races, 4 cities, 3 bridges, 2 states, and 1 island, all along the mighty Mississippi River.

The 26.2 mile run starts and ends at 1201 River Drive in downtown Moline, IL. The event benefits many worthy causes. Our primary cause is prostate cancer research & screening.
