Navigator 4.x

1. Select Edit from the Menu bar.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Expand Advanced to show cache.
4. Select Cache.
5. Click on the Clear Disk Cache Now button, then click OK.
6. Click on the Clear Memory Cache button, then click OK.
7. Click OK to exit the dialog box.

Internet Explorer 4.x

1. Select View from the Menu bar.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. From the General tab in the Temporary Internet Files group click the Delete Files button.
4. Click the OK button on the dialog box.
5. Click OK to exit the Internet Options box.

Internet Explorer 5.x

1. Select Tools from the Menu bar.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. From the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files group click the Delete Files button.
4. Click the OK button on the dialog box.
5. Click OK to exit the Internet Options box.


AOL Users (Internet Explorer 4.x and 5.x)

1. From My AOL menu on the AOL toolbar, click Preferences.
2. In the Preferences window, click WWW.
3. In the Temporary Internet Files section click the Delete Files button.
4. Click the OK button on the dialog box.
