Women of all ages and abilities are invited to register for Heat Wave. Heat Wave is a 9-week, women-only training program that begins in June and will prepare you for the Evergreen Lake 5K in early August. This program includes training sessions, group runs with an experienced leader, a technical shirt for training, post-run water/Gatorade, and more.

This year instead of dividing into groups by pace, you’ll choose your group based on your summer training goal:
